The IC Aerospace is a fully automatic 4 ingredient dispensing system designed specifically for point of use, small batch dispensing, typically housing a primer, top coat and hardener plus distilled water, enabling operators to dispense small amounts for the use of touching up rivets and similar applications common to the Aerospace industry. Automatic valve cleaning, manual control backup, through valve recirculation and full version IPM Software are included as standard.
The IC Aerospace dispenser has a small footprint, enabling it to be installed in production facilities in locations where the finished paint is required, eliminating degradation of product during the transfer from paint shops to production areas. By utilising a point of use dispensing facility, users have the opportunity to dispense product when they need it, rather than having to hold stock of production ready paints and coatings.
